I am in Long Island for a couple more days, I had been here for 3 months on an exchange program.

Those are some interesting facts about you! Do you get tovisit Bellport and Cutchogue often? Do you still have family in Long Island? It feels like a nice place to live in, not very busy (compared to NYC and in fact India haha) and people seem relaxed and friendly.

Sure, would be great to stay in touch with you!

Hmmm, I don't have any problems posting to my own wall. I cannot post to yours, and it doesn't matter what I do. So here it is. I am going to pass through my 77th year before this year is over. I see you are from Long Island or posting from there. If not for a move to NJ before I was born, I did not grow up on the island. My mother and her parents came from Bellport and Cutchogue. There was a time when their house was listed as the "Oldest house in Bellport". But as time marches on, it finally fell down by itself. I went into the HVAC field in 1967 and retired 40 years later in 2007. My grandmother had a brother who lived on an inlet from Mattituck. He would carch fresh lobster, as well as clams and blue claw crab to sell on his roadside stand in town. I was never allowed to go with him. Guess I was too young. When was 14 years of age, my grandmother and aunt took the train to Mattituck to be present at his funeral. This matter would take up too much time. If I had your regular email address, I night try explaining it. In the meantime,
Regards,
Ted

Hey Ted, thanks for the message. I hope you find takers for your travel trailer! You must have travelled around a lot in it, right?

I'm glad to hear you get great medical care there :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
